1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging FF Software Technologies for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
2. Services
FF Software Technologies provides software development, website and mobile app development, business software solutions, AI automation, and digital marketing services (SEO, SMO, GEO, paid advertising).
Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing for any engagement are defined in the written proposal or agreement shared before work begins.
3. Proposals, Payments & Milestones
Projects are executed against approved proposals with milestone-based payments. Work on each phase begins after the corresponding payment milestone is received.
Monthly services (SEO, SMO, GEO, AMC, hosting) are billed in advance and continue until cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely inputs — content, approvals, access credentials and feedback — required for project delivery. Delays in inputs may proportionally extend timelines.
Clients confirm that content and materials they provide do not infringe third-party rights.
5. Intellectual Property
On receipt of full payment, ownership of custom-developed source code and deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-party components, open-source libraries and licensed tools remain governed by their respective licenses. We retain the right to reference completed work in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise.
6. Warranties & Support
Delivered projects include a bug-fix warranty period as stated in the proposal (typically 30–60 days after launch). Ongoing support, updates and enhancements are covered under separate AMC plans.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FF Software Technologies' total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits or data caused by factors outside our control.
8. Marketing Services Disclaimer
Digital marketing outcomes (rankings, traffic, leads, AI visibility) depend on factors beyond any agency's control, including search engine algorithms and market competition. We commit to professional execution and transparent reporting; we do not guarantee specific positions or results.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
